Blade Service Program

Graham Machine Sales & Service is pleased to offer FREE Blade PM Program to all of our customers purchasing our Factory Welded ARNTZ Bandsaw Blades.

Our factory trained service engineers will provide complete service including:
Hydraulic oil change (excluding disposal), Carbide guide adjustments, Blade wheel adjustments, Guide arm alignments and all adjustments to maximize blade life. This service is critical to minimizing your blade consumption.

Technical Training

While on site, our technicians will advise operators on proper speeds and feeds, and recommend blade pitch sizes, as well as answer any questions your staff may have.

One Source, One Responsibility

Let Graham Machine Sales & Service work for you! Our staff will contact you approximately 2 days before we arrive to confirm that your machine can be available for approximately 2 hours per machine, to perform the maintenance. This program will be performed at no charge*, based on your specific blade consumption. Our service technicians will be accommodating on the amount of work to be performed. However, major repairs or troubleshooting such as Gearboxes , Hydraulic pumps and Cylinders, etc. will be billed as usual. Parts will only be replaced after proper authorization, and billed as usual.
